I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive fees and charges imposed by the Uni Cash App. As a user, I have encountered numerous unexpected fees that have caused significant financial strain.
Despite my attempts to understand the fee structure through the app’s documentation, the charges remain unclear and inconsistent. For instance, I have been charged transaction fees that were not disclosed during the signup process and faced additional costs for basic functionalities, which I believe is both misleading and unjust.
These practices not only undermine trust but also violate fair consumer rights. I kindly request that you investigate these issues and consider taking appropriate action against the Uni Cash App to ensure transparency and fairness in their operations.
