This is about my Travel from Ahmedabad To Nashik in Dhanveer Travels (GJ-03-BW-9999- A/C Sleeper bus) on 07.07.2023 at 10:45 pm.
First of all, the bus was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 pm but due to some mechanical failure in the bus which was totally uninformed, it arrived after a delay of 1 hr 45 mins i.e at 10:45. After boarding the bus, we surprisingly discovered that out seat was already used by the passengers from previous journey and was not cleaned. The seat had packets of waffers, tobacco etc. The seat and the bus in all was totally unhygienic and in literally pathetic condition. I later on asked the Bus staff to change the pillow covers or blankets as it was used by the passengers from the previous journey and as a part of hygiene protocol they are bound to do that. But to our surprise the staff just picked up the packets that were lying on the seat and denied to change the covers or rather help to find a new seat which was not used. I tried to call their head office and their online complaint team and neither of them picked up the phone as expected. I would hereby like to raise my complaint towards Dhanveer Travels – Ahmedabad for providing unhygienic and unprofessional approach to a customer/passenger.
