I would like to draw your attention in regards to an on going Internet issue that I have been facing for quite some time now. I have been a long lasting and loyal customer of airtel and considering that I deserve a good service.

Airtel claim a best internet service provider across india . however my experience with airtel is terrible and completely sick and tired with such a pathetic service . its very hard to get a hold of any advisor as the IVR takes you to a difference route all together.

I have been calling airtel customer service number but not been able to speak to anyone. Ever since I got this connection since then not been able to use Internet deta irrespective of mg location be it in Delhi NCR or outside town.

Request you to look into it and revert.

Not at all happy.
