Hi,

I have been trying since 13th March to get two Tata sky connections for my home. Reference Tatasky WO No# 1D06GCBQ & 1D7WTIML.
The dealer who visited me was absolutely unhelpful. He installed one connection and removed it and left even without intimation. Later was informed “in my house there is no proper Tata sky signal” but my neighbor and a lot people in the building have Tata sky connections.
So I complained and was told another dealer would come to do the installation. But next day got a message my order is cancelled again.
I have been raising complaints after complaints since then and have made numerous calls to Tata Sky but still get no help. I am told my order is pending sometimes or cancelled and am not get a fixed answer.
This is the first company I have seen where I am giving them business but they are not interested to help. I am so shocked to see this.
Everytime we call we are left on hold for more than 30 mins to speak with a senior executive and then we hang up cause calling Tata Sky is not the only work we’ve got.
I am writing now in sear disgust, cause I am going to upload this on Social Media and take it as further as I can. People need to know about you and how you treat customers.
And honestly feel now that Tata Sky in incapable of solving anything for me so I will be seeking a connections with others.
