Respected, my name is Shahabuddin and I live in Kolkata. With due respect I would like to state that on 12.06.2022. I m not able to do any transaction in my account. Then I visit my branch and asked about the details they told that any internet issues after half hour they told to visit the branch manager room. He said my account is freezed by Gujarat Crime branch police without proper intimation. Even no phone calls not a intimate message they freezed by the Gujarat Govt. Im having a account in central bank of India Karl Marx sarani branch only . I dont know any body in Gujarat at all . Kindly verify my all transaction what was wrong in that. Recently we do some trading online business through the bank only. My amount send through UPI mode or IMPS mode only. After I’m paying I receive my payment within a day this not that much amount also. I’m doing my daily expense through UPI only even my petrol, grocery and medicine expenses. I’m salaried person if the amount is hold how we run the daily routine life. The amount is freezed is very much affecting my daily life. The amount freezed is my amount which is not earned by online if you check my transaction. kindly unfreeze my amount for my further needs. kindly make this mail as important and unfreeze the amount within 24 hours which is very helfpul to me
As per the branch manager advise and mail received by I contact the phone number. But the number is not in use. I check in online regarding the details are fake only. So kindly look into this matter and do the needful. And unfreeze my amount
