Fi money app freezed my account and I am not able to do any transactions

even my acccount is frozen since 1 month and i just a mail few days ago saying to contact a Police Inspector to resolve it ?
is this real and can this even be solved ?
I have sent them a Legal Notice and I am thibking about filing a case but I need financial support of people in similar situations so that we can put forth a strongest case
