Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident involving Shipstreak, where I believe I have been cheated. On the afternoon of February 2, 2024, a parcel was delivered to my office by Shipstreak, and they collected the cash on delivery payment from my office. The payment was made by my office secretary, who received the parcel on my behalf.
Upon discovering the delivery, I realized that I did not place an order for the item in question, and it remains unclear how it ended up being delivered to my office. When attempting to contact Shipstreak regarding this matter, I was informed to file a complaint using a registered mobile number. Unfortunately, we did not place the order and, consequently, do not have a registered mobile number associated with it.
It appears that a significant scam is taking place, and I have incurred a financial loss of Rs 800 as a result. I have attached a copy of the paperslip for your reference.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and seeking a resolution through the appropriate channels. Your prompt attention to this complaint is highly appreciated.
