i registered an acct on 1xbet but i used an email i only used for work stuff, after noticing i get constant emails from 1xbet on my work email acct, which i found a little bit disturbing, i had to change to another email which also means opening a new acct, after opening a new acct, i won a decent amount of money and wanted to withdraw some money, but i was then asked to contact the security team to submit some IDs and complete a verification, but somehow they found out about my old acct(the one i used the wrong email acct for) which i currently don’t use anymore and after fixing the withdrawal function on my new acct, they took almost every single amount of money i had won in it saying i violated their terms, they could easily ban me for some time and punishment for violating the terms, but they didn’t, why take every single penny i had won? it’s really unacceptable for me, i need y’all help
