I bought a poco x3 pro phone from flipkart on November 7,2021 priced at ₹21000. Today, it suddenly blacked out and when I went to the service centre, I was told that they will replace it with Redmi Note 10 pro which is priced ate ₹16000. Not only the price was low, the specifications were also very low as compared to the Poco x3 pro. As I have worked very hard for my savings to buy this phone, I find it very sad and hopeless to be given this unfair treatment. Hence, I request you to look into this matter so that fair treatment is given to everyone.
