Text of Complaint by Ankit Sharma:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have subscribed to the Internet facility provided by Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited (“Hathway”). My consumer mobile number is 7391071286. Since nowadays everyone is working from home, In Dec 2020 Hathway offered me an option for the advance monthly recharge of Rs. 450/- which was supposed to be commenced on my instructions (please refer to the WhatsApp chats attached herewith). Accordingly, on 3 Dec 2020, I had paid Rs. 450/- towards the said advance recharge. However, to my utter shock, when I asked to start the pack I came to know that without any instructions from my side, the internet pack (which was to be started on my instructions) has already been exhausted. It seems Hathway, without getting my instruction has started and exhausted the internet pack for which I recharged on 3 Dec 2020.

Now when I am approaching their Manager namely Mr. Gulab Rai and executives Aman and Shiv Rathore, they are showing inability to provide me the due benefit under the said advance internet monthly recharge done on 3 Dec 2020.

On one hand Hathway cheated on me by inducing for the advance recharge with ulterior motive of not performing the same and on the other refusing me to provide any benefit for the reachrge i did on 03 Dec 2020.
