Text of Complaint by Salman Shaikh:

I am a Jio airfiber and jio mobile customer, I have complaint with jio airfiber, they do not have a direct contact for a team to request service cancellation and they would later autocharge me with monthly plan and i cannot leave their service due to this, They do not have any option to request cancellation of service on app, that is an unfair trade practice as I do not have the freedom to go to another service provider, They do not have package only for internet, I have to get TV plan included and I dont have a TV, they give OTT platforms and TV box that I dont need coz I dont have a TV at home and I have an internet plan that has TV services mandatory. This is just sucking blood of customers.
