I have taken Home loan in 2019 with ROI of 8.6%. After that RBI has changed the CRR many times.
That time BHFL has never lowered the ROI.

But now when RBI has increased the CRR, BHFL has increased my loan ROI.

This is totally u fair and not inline with RBI Mandate..!

When i am asking for explanation, they give absolutely non responsible and sterotype answers that they cant lower my ROI..!
They need to understand that i am not asking the reduce my ROI..!
But i want to know why the hell they have increased my ROI when there is no change in the cost funds..???

I request the BHFL management to check and revert ro me, so that i can get juatice..!!
