Text of Complaint by Mohammed Shehzad:

I took a ride from Byculla west till CSMT Railway station. The fare price was INR 146.81 however once I completed my ride the price magically became INR 251.28. I instantly raised the alarm though Uber app however to my surprise the ticket was closed without resolution. I again raised the concern through Uber app and on twitter. Instead of correcting the erroneous fare they credited INR 104.47 to my Uber account. The funny part is I am unable to use that INR 104.47 towards INR 251.28 so that I can pay INR 146.78 and clear the outstanding since its asking me to pay entire INR 251.28. I have been chasing Uber since 7th of July only to be treated like a fool.
