I had been sanctioned home loan from Bajaj housing finance & Loan account details are as below.

During the sanctioning of loan I denied for the ECS date (2nd of every month) as my salary date was on 7th of every month & for which Bajaj representative promised me stating they will change the ECS date after 6 months. Even after 2 years they did not change my ECS date. From the month of Feb/21 I started requesting to change my ECS date but Bajaj team denied stating there no date as requested. Later in the month of Sep I raised the issue with consumer support after which my ECS date was changed to 10th of every month. If Bajaj team had changed my ECS date when I requested then there would have not been any bounce in my account. I have paid all my EMI on the same month before 10th of every month, but still I have been charged the bounce charges. During the process of changing my ECS date I had requested to change my ECS account from 20020795403 to 32098128656 where Bajaj team had accepted to change my ECS account. In the month of Oct/21 I had maintained the loan EMI amount in 32098128656, but Bajaj sent the ECS to 20020795403 . In the month of Nov as per msg received from Bajaj i maintained the EMI balance in 20020795403 but Bajaj sent the ECS to 32098128656. for all the these issue I have been charging the bounce charges of 9000 for every month which is unfair. I request you to look in to this issue & do the need full thing to me.
