Dear Sir
I subscribed a pack named “10 ka dam” on OTTPLAY for Rs 99 per month. It had 10 OTTsubscription out of which one was Fancode. When I tried to watch Asia Cup Cricket on Fancode (which Fancode is streaming on its website) I was unable to watch the game. When I contacted the customer care of OTTPLAY, I was told that Fancode does not provide Asia Cup streaming on OTTPLAY. This fact was not mentioned anywhere on the website of OTTPLAY and they conned me by taking my subscription money . OTTPALY should have clearly mentioned on its website about this fact.
