Text of Complaint by G. Reddy Varaprasad:

I am writing this complaint against Money View Loan Services regarding the mishandling of my loan repayments and the unwarranted charges and actions taken against me.

Delayed Salary and Timely Payment with Penalty: Due to a change in my salary date after three months, I was unable to make the payment on time. However, I paid the due amount within the same month along with the penalty charges.

Excessive Check Bounce Charges: Money View has imposed repeated check bounce charges totaling ₹4000. and also i have paid charges also apart from this 4000 Despite informing them of a specific date for repayment, they sent checks to the bank 4–5 times within 10 days, resulting in unnecessary penalties from my bank.

Verbal Assurances Not Honored: During my loan repayment, their agents assured me the penalty charges would be waived off. Despite this promise, no action was taken, and I was not provided with any resolution.

Negative Impact on Credit Score: Due to their handling of the situation and the repeated charges, my CIBIL score has suffered significant damage.

Unjustified Auto-Debits After Full Payment: Even after I cleared my loan in full, Money View has initiated unauthorized auto-debits from my bank account.

I have sent multiple emails seeking resolution, yet I have not received any acknowledgment or response.

Request for Resolution:
I respectfully request the following actions:

Immediate reimbursement of undue check bounce charges and any unauthorized debits.

Confirmation in writing that my loan is fully paid off with no outstanding dues.

A formal apology and assurance of action to prevent further negative impacts on my credit score.

Proper investigation into the misconduct of agents who made false assurances.

I hope that appropriate action will be taken to resolve this matter promptly.
