Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel regarding unauthorized ISD charges added to my mobile bill.
Despite raising multiple complaints with the service provider, no corrective action has been taken. The complaint reference numbers are:
– 31-1000012284574
– 31-1000012441373
I would like to clearly state that no ISD calls were made from my number, and these charges have been wrongly imposed. They sent statement I am not sure how but the calls weren’t made by us. It is a scam that Airtel is running.
This raises serious concerns about billing practices and consumer protection. The telecom operator has failed to:
– Resolve the issue despite repeated complaints
– Reverse the incorrect charges
I request TRAI to:
1. Investigate this matter
2. Direct Airtel to remove all unauthorized charges immediately
3. Ensure accountability and prevent such incidents in the future
Now they have made a bill of 10000 and stopped our services so we have to beg from someone for money this is clearly a spam and mental torture as I have been raising complaint since a month but no one listens. I am being forced to withhold payment of the disputed amount until this issue is resolved.
