Text of Complaint by Sachin Sharma:

Hi, I have been using 2 vodafone postpaid numbers for which every month they send unfair illegitimate higher charges in name of VAS (Value added services) paid active services or sometimes content downloading charges even without any use or request from my side for the same.

I complained countless times on helplines and vodafone stores sometimes even aggressively when not getting any solutions and their stupid responses,i even requested for blacklisting all third party services and activate DND but again next month same story repeats and my bill comes 200-500 Rs extra than my actual plan without any use or service enjoyed from my side.

This is the height of unprofessionalism  and loot eg some instances are:

1.i got continuous messages of idiotic packages’ activation at 3-4:00 am in night without any requests or initiate frm my side.

2.On complaining they say this are third party charges and your should pay them.

3.If i ask to leave their service they assure to stop all this from next month but again the same irritating old story.

4.Customer care ex. ask to go to voda store and store executives ask to resolve on app that too after long waiting line at times at cost of office hours.

5. i ported one of my numbers to airtel so they increased bill plan amount on another number and started same irritating story on another existing number.

i am really furious at what i have been through all these months and thinking to escalate complains to tne highest possible level this time.

Ridiculous is all what i experienced with vodafone!!
