I got a new tata sky connection a month back by paying 1750 after all the installation charges .I had Rs30 left in my account .When i checked later the balance was only Rs 6. After chatting with customer care they tried to confuse me with the mathematics saying charges were 1744 only. But when i raised a request they said that a comedy pack was activated .

1. i didnt recieve any message of the deduction
2. what is to stop them to deduct any amount they please when i again recharge the account as already Rs24 has been deducted
