I have a VI sim and whenever I recharge it with any amount within 2 to 3 days my account balace gets deducted without downloading any app pf any game or any software. yesterday also I got a message from VZ-ViCMS that Thanks for choosing to access ContentDesc, u have been charged Rs. 10
when i send message of STOP to 155223 they said u have not been subsribed to any VAS service.
then y i have been charged always?
