I am a user of VI(Vodafone Idea) telecommunication services. My balance has been deducted twice for services that I have not subscribed, and about these services I have no clue. I tried checking whether any value added services are activated, and the customer care told there are no value added services active. The deductions are without any consent. I get SMS for such deductions from VZ-ViCMS. Screenshot of such message is attached with this complaint. Kindly take a cognizance of this and help me.
