I purchased Boat Airdopes 393 ANC on 4 August 2023. After only a month it started malfunctioning, the right earpiece would stay connected even after putting it back in case and closing the lid. I put in a complaint on their website and after some days they said it was working fine , when it clearly isn’t. I used it for days before claiming warranty just to be sure . My order number is 407-9680584-0885111.
