I have taken personal loan from dhani app, and Emi debit on every fifth, my deducted on same date, and that time I have sufficient balance also, in my bank next month statement I found that cheque return charges was there. I complained about it but got reply from dhani that it’s your bank charges not by us, and my axis bank clearly told that they have presented wrong NACH that’s why cheque return charges is there.
