I think you should regulate the way these telecom operators just keep looting us. I was wrongly charged for an amount of 8965 inr. And even after accepting this that it was a mistake, these people are not refunding my money. I have been trying to call them for over a month now. They keep saying that their server is down or that we will refund it in installments. They charged me in full, they should be refunding in full too, dont you think?
I feel helpless. I have called, tweeted, nothing works. It’s a huge looter against me. Please help me out. I am literally begging here, please.
