Why has the Bill payment date brought forward in the same month?
Prior to these months the bill payment date was in the 1st week of the month which was Fair as most people receive their salaries by then.
Now demanding the bill be paid in the same month that too by the 28th is very unfair.
Moreover you have implied late fees after due date knowingly that many people will not be able to pay in the same month and will have to wait to receive their salaries and then make the bill payments now by demanding payment in the same month you’re very sure that you will be able to collect free late fee money from a poor consumer is this a fair and legal thing to do ?
Do the wealthy rich corporates get charged in this manner if they pay their bills late or is it only the poor and middle income people that you are choosing to target and bleed from their hard earned savings !
Shame On You If That Is Your Motive !
