Respected Sir/Madam,
Iam the customer of Airtel Tele services since 15 year with bill plane 450/-per month
and i was added two parent by paying 199 to each number.Total bill was around Rs:850/- per month.
But from Jan-2019 on words they are sending some unfair bill to one of the my parent number and by calling to the customer care they saying that number was added some value added services without my knowledge.i was made compliant to remove the services but same thing happening last six months.after several times calling to the customer care they reduced the usage charges some amount and said next time we will provide fair billing and i was cleared the balance amount up to June-2019. But from July on words same problem iam facing and they disconnected the survives and forcing to pay the bill immediately.
