- When an International Credit Card is used in India to purchase an item, the item must still be billed in Indian Rupees.
- However, PayUBiz cleverly converts it to foreign currency (US$ in this case) and chooses their own conversion rate. For example, when the market, ICICI, RBI, Xoom offer Rs 73 per US$ they will only offer Rs 68! I have attached proof of all my statements.
