There is a transaction of INR 1499 on my credit card by Amazon dated 13th April 2022.
My orders history reflected no such item or service for the said date. The transaction took place on 13 April around 9pm.
On reaching out to Amazon, I have not received any reply- not from the customer care or the grievance officer. Rather, they just keep on hanging up when they dont have any answer. I have tried hard and waited a long time to solve this issue but it looks like Amazon is not interested in solving the issue. Their customer care email id is also useless, it only gives automated replies.
