Hi… My name is Phani Keerthi , and have been using credit card for past 12 years. Last month fee of 6000 was added to my credit card and paid assuming changes for paying min. Amount only. I have cleared entire dues and didn’t use for any transaction. However again this month they charged fee of 900 and GST on same. Tried reaching customer care many times but no one gave response. Being wexed I blocked card assuming will receive call back so that i can ask for justification but no call received till date. Credit Card is real Mafia. Seek proper justice and explaination for improper fee & tax charged till date.
