On Friday 11th Sep I checked and received my data balance to be 42GB and 76GB bonus as at 3.27pm. This is as it should be as I had just purchased the N15k bundle at 3.07am same day.
I received another notification from Airtel at 4.47 pm Saturday 12th Sep that I had used up my data bundle. Incredible! What a shock – 118GB in a day.
I require that this is checked as it runs contrary to my usage of data.
Please look into it and get my data loaded back. Thanks.
