Text of Complaint by Jalil Ahmed:

It’s been two month I am taking followups with the complaint department of TPDDL against my louged complaint. After lockdown we have started facing this type of issue with the meter.
Meter is running unexpectedly very fast and because of it we are receiving a huge liability billed document to be paid. After raised a complaint against fast meter they asked me to pay the visit charge of engineer so that we can verify the same issue, which i paid.
They sent an unprofessional guy who don’t even know about the problem and the way how to check it, and he submitted to report that meter is running in accurate manner. On the other hand as per the suggestion by their customer service team i also requested to local electrician  to check the fault and he verified the same that meter is running very fast.
Again i launch a complaint through social media platform. As per one of the executive working who came to us to check the meter, TPDDL is charging the previous amount which we did’t pay in lockdown. As as per his statement, the scheme provided by the delhi govt.(provision electricity bill) is just a fake thing. And now we have to pay those bills as well which we received at the time of lockdown saying “not to pay”.

I request you that i tried to resolve this concern from TPDDL itself but they are giving me any resolution. kindly help me to get rid of these high bills
