At 12.18 am on sep 16, 2023 an OTP from ullu app was received on my phone number despite not having downloaded or subscribed to ullu app and no activity related to ullu app being performed from my side.
I am afraid this could mean that my phone number has been leaked and has been misused to generate an OTP for ullu app without my consent. It could also imply that one or more accounts held under the same phone number might be compromised and can be misused by miscreants to their own advantage.
I am registering this complaint in hopes that my phone number be kept safe from misuse and no online activity carried out using ullu app or any account linked to my phone number shall be assumed directly attributed to me personally.
