I have purchased a mobile Vivo y55s with order No 3900860858 on 01/10/2017 which was not working properly and therefore requested for replacement the same mobile with order number 3937005780 dated 08/10/2017. The mobile was picked up for replacement on dated 24th October but the replaced mobile was still not received while the replaced mobile was packed on 29th October and is ready to ship. I was trying to contact almost all Paytm customer care number but none of them is useful. It is too late to dispatch the order. Please take necessary action to provide the replaced mobile phones as early as possible.
