I have a plan of 598 for 84 days thus I get 1.5GB data daily and on consumption of complete 1.5GB , one can access unlimited data at 64KBps. But today balance – Rs 100 has been deducted for no reason and there is no trace as well. It’s so unfair and airtel has no rights to deduct my balance without my consent or without providing the justification. I want my balance back or an explanation for the same.
