Text of Complaint by Pawan Kumar Singh:

When reported issue on 19 Sep 2022 on tata play id 1157113232 .. first time technician came and said your box is faulty and replaced with 400 Rs.. my tata sky went for negative balance and I paid to tata sky ….
However, It did not resolve the issue and after 5 days, I had to raise a complaint again to get them..

1. This time the technician said your LMV was also faulty… and took 5 days to come to and replace the LMV.
However, on the second time, I asked them to report the issue exactly and give me the exact amount you are going to cut. They said sir only your LMV was changed and charges are 300 Rs. ( I have call recording as well). It went for negative balance, I recharged again to amount get debited and it happened.

2. Two days later they called me and said your wire was also changed and charging 180 Rs and deducted anyway. Again negative balance and I recharged.

3. Two days later, despite being complaining about unethical behaviour, they called me and falsely charged again for 400 Rs, in the name of relocation. Now again it os on Negative balance.

Escalated this to Nodal officer and she also didnt provided answer for 3 different charges and closed the case (Service Request Reference Number: 3WKR45KR)

So Is this the Tata play strategy to loot the customers slowly in the name of free visits? Issues are .

1. Why are the charges wrongly communicated to me and deducted in a week every time when money was there ? Tomorrow I may get a new bill on the same account saying satellite position have to correct, isn’t it ?

2. Despite being asked, why is the issue not detected in one go and provided a clear estimate ? Also, how can you charge 3 different times in a week for service…Every time I recharge, they come up with new bill ?
