I have availed services from Broomees for a Nanny. The account has been registered buy the name of Mr Bipin Naidu (bipin.naidu@gmail.com). They have provided one nanny who had a very serious integrity issue and lacking experience which made me doubt the safety of my kid with her. I raised the red flag to the Relationship Manager and warned them to blacklist such people . Amidst all this there was a instance of misbehaviour by the Relationship Manager for which i requested another relationship manager to talk furtherwith. Post that they have been provided with 2 helps who did not turnup. I raised a concern for refund as I wanted to discontinue the services. After 1 month of follow-up they deducted 3000 rs and refunded the a partial amount. now the Support team not connecting me with any specialist who can give resolution where i call them daily. I expect a compensation for this with the refund
