Airtel has introduced a pathetic service called Airtel home which as per them provides a unified bill . In the name of the home bill, they are charging some amounts from the backend without even the customer notice. Since 2 months I’m being cheated. When contacted the customer care, no one takes responsibility of Home account and they try to pass on the issue between broadband and mobile teams. On top of it, I’m threatened on the services deactivation and they even disconnected the outgoing for a number which doesn’t even have dues.
I ended up paying the entire amounts to get the services reactivated. I’ve raised this issue on May 8th and No proper replies till now .
The mails sent to nodal and appellate also are ignored and there is no escalation channel at all in airtel.
