Sir,
I am broke in life at the moment, I booked a train ticket for ab urgent travel, but due to waitlisted it got cancelled on 14th. In MMT app it shows I will get refund by 17th May, In WhatsApp it shows 15th May and when I call the IVR says on 24th May. They have updated in the app that amount is already credited on 17th while I have not received yet. There’s no way I can speak to the executive directly, there’s no specific mail id. I have sent multiple mails to multiple ID’s but all showing failed. I am stuck now, I don’t have money to travel and to stay in hotel at the moment. I am at the platform since last 3 days. These guys are cheaters and scammer. Without refund they show the amount credited. Pathetic Service, my biggest mistake I downloaded the app and booked ticket through MMT. Horrible Experience.
