Text of Complaint by Vikram Raju:

Airtel has been activating and deactivating my airtel broadband connection since April 2020 to date and charging me unwarranted billing amounts for this period. When put on safe custody, the team has charged me in full for the period. The customer support team mentions that they cannot change the bill and I have to pay it without fail.

I’ve relocated from my home in Bangalore in March 2020. I’ve asked for disconnection of my Airtel broadband connection since then, however, I’ve been asked repeatedly to continue keeping the account in safe custody with nominal charges. Over the past two months, I’ve asked repeatedly to disconnect my connection since I’ve vacated the place, and I have a secondary connection at my hometown. The customer executive promised to keep the connection in safe custody without being charged, however, I’ve been charged in full for the month. This is robbing the customer!
