Text of Complaint by Shivangi Chandra:

I recently purchased a new Broadband connection, regarding the same I have some issues related to bills because I had bought a 3 months plan. I called your employee for help and service then he put an unethical demand for WhatsApp Chat which is not at all permissible and is taken as a harassment for me to text someone who I don’t know on WhatsApp.
Employee name is Gagan Kumar. He had called me when I booked for a new broadband connection for further processes.
