Hi,
I recharged 99 Plan through the Jio app with INR 119 on and was not aware about the policy that such plan will only work in Jio phone. Post recharge, when i tried to make call, it gets replied that such plan will only work in Jio phone. I had a call with your customer care and even they do not have an answer on this except saying “Sorry your amount got wasted.
Sir, I am using a Moto Smartphone and according to TRAI guideline, no telecom company pressurized any customer to use their own made mobile phones.
For making fools of your customers, you have made this logo as “Other Plans” but it should be clearly mentioned that Plans only for Jio Mobile Phone users.
You people are making fools to your customers and collecting unnecessary money to grow up Jio company which will always be unethical and illegal.
I request you to please initiate the above-mentioned amount into my account with immediate basis, failure the same I will put this issue on social media as well as on consumer court to make a claim for harassing me and other customers as well.
119 is not a big amount neither for me nor for you but making money through such illegal Polices is completely not acceptable.
If you are selling your mobile especially with a standard plan, you go use the above mentioned unethical practice but while recharge using other Plans is clearly showing your intention.
Looking for immediate action on my complaint.
