My Airtel Mobile no. is 9007407386. Though my data balance was available , You have deducted my main balance at yesterday evening. When I call 198 to complaint against this , then 50 paisa was deducted for calling customer care. After that, I received a call from the no. 9932010240 , asking whether my problem was solved or not. I gave my feedback that my problem was not resolved and claim the undue deducted balance refund. The gentleman talking other side promised to refund the balance and told that a return request has been created, so that my balance can be refunded. But till now I did not get the refund in my account.
