I ordered from flipkart on 7th of October 2021 and the promised date was 14th october 2021.On 13th of October they showed up out for delivery but the product did not reach me. They said they attempted delivery when they had not. As on 15th they said due to unforssen events your order is delayed and we will resolve it by 20.The useless customer support executive didn’t have any solution to it. They people have not helped me with anything misstated facts and mentally traumatised me. They have breached the contract as well as trust because this happen every time I order with flipkart. I want action against them.
