I shifted my residence in Chennai on Jan 28th. On 27th, I logged in a request for shifting my Airtel broadband connection. Was told that it would be done in maximum 48 hours . After calling about 5 to 6 times, I have just now on Jan 31st at 9 PM been informed that there is a cable issue.
Why has some company representative call and let me know. Now I am told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Please be honest with your customers
