To whom it may concern,
I wish to lodge a complaint against Neena arts spice shop in Palolem.
I’m not sure if this Is the correct office to do it but hope it is.
I visited this shop on the 9th Sep Friday.
I wanted 100 grams of masala spice which she told me was 500 rupees.
While she was mixing it 3 officials from the weight and measure dept actually walked in but she fobbed them off.
I paid her but had a feeling I was conned.
I took it to a local shop and asked them to weigh it. She had given me 50 grams. How despicable is that.?
I went straight back to complain and she made good. I then went to look for the officials but couldn’t find them.
She’s got 3 shops, one on main st which is owned by her brother, 2 on beach rd run by her and her husband.
The one shop I used was on beach rd. check her scales.
She is a con lady.
