Dear Sir,
We purchased a mattress from Ashoka Foam Multiplast Pvt. Ltd. with a 6-year warranty. The product failed before five years. I informed the vendor, who accepted the defect, but he said that since I have used it for 58 months, I should only pay for 14 months (₹1,400 out of ₹7,269). If the product is under warranty, why am I required to pay a replacement cost of ₹5,800?
