Dear Sir,
I am one customer of your Airtel DTH service in W.B. Kolkata-700059 and have took the connection in December 2019 with WB value sport HD pack. Customer ID is 3032509610.Airtel service personal came and installed the same properly and was working very nicely.
But since the beginning of April 2020 I am facing huge issue with the Airtel DTH connection. In every channel picture is coming and going off with blue/blank screen in every 10-20 seconds continuously and we are unable to view any programs.
We had raised seven complain ID with Airtel and called many support person of Airtel many time since then and service engineer came twice and fixed the issue but every time the fix was temporary as after three to four day the same issue came back again and again.(SR no.-23319015 , 23400922, 23456762, 23808555, 23826897, 23843960, 23838962)
Service Engineer every time informed that due to lockdown they are not able to give permanent solution but my concerned is that we are not able to get the DTH service but have to pay charges for the same since two months. If Airtel have any restriction to provide service properly during lockdown then Airtel should have provision to not charge from customer if unable to provide service during lockdown
Taking money but not providing service in the name of lockdown is not expected from company like Airtel.
Hence requesting to please frame policy accordingly “in lockdown if no service then no charging from customer”.
