I have booked Heart Medicines on 28th Jan 2021 on the 1mg platform and already paid the money for it. However, it were very important medicines to a patient, 1mg unable to deliver the medicines in the promised time. Everytime they blamed to a customer and failed to deliver the medicines. They made a false update that Customers was not available, because i didn’t get any call/message before delivery and made a false update from last three days. Suddenly, i got a call from a patient at 9.15pm and it was emergency for that tablets. It was very critical condition to me, i had to rush the medical and had to take medicines and had to sent a village which is very far from me and it was alsmot 11.00pm. Can you imaging how tough it was! So, i request you here to take a strict action against this company to avoid future inconveniences. It was life-death matter. However, you can investigate this matter, my incoming calls/messages. Below is screenshot of the medicine bought from medical in an emergency today. This is a proof of today’s inconvenience.
