Currently I am getting tossed here and there for my product. For approx 1 month I have been chasing for my prepaid order and it’s not getting delivered. Customer service representatives are giving fake commitments.

Please note this was a replacement order for below order as it was undelivered :
Order date 18-Jan-2022
Order # 403-6557656-2237940

Requesting you to please deliver my product asap.

Also the customer service team leader was incompetent to help me in this regards.

Please check the latest fake commitment from customer service in the attachment below. They had given me written commitment about guaranteed delivery, yet not followed.
