I ordered Lion guard Disney figures vide order no 40278532408089125 booked for Art of living International center, Bangalore, on 15.03.2020 for rs. 1099 already paid. It’s pitty that neither order has been delivered nor amount refunded. Instead of apologies no one from customer care is responding. It appears that Amazon has blocked my number i.e. 7978348965. Kindly do the needful in the matter immediately (deliver or refund) otherwise I am bound to move consumer forum court.
